Each turn, you’ll draw a double-sided card. Then you decide whether you want to use it to expand your knowledge of the Windy City by laying this card as part of the map...
...or if you want to hire the assistant depicted on the back of the card to benefit from its special ability.
Only by managing your resources and the abilities of the assistants shrewdly will you be able to gather enough votes to beat the incumbent mayor.
Mayor of Chicago is playable solo or as a 2-player cooperative game (each player needs a copy of the game).
